Surprisingly enough, http://www.megaupload.com/ seems to do the trick with (a lot of annoying ads but) no registration required. |

Can't say about video. But we can broadcast using Shoutcast or jetCast. through Winamp and jetaudio like softwares. May be Shoutcst is having its video broadcasting services also. |
