I want to test my website build for mobile in the most smartphones and mobile phones. Maybe with a desktop software or with a web application.

The question is how seriously you want to test your website. If you have a small site and only want to check how it looks you can use an emulator but if you really want to reach quality standards you are used to from old fashioned website/software testing you must test on real devices. You can also go to services like Perfecto Mobile and DA to test your site on actual devices instead of regular emulators.
