is there a web application out there that would do the following for ping pong tournament?

1. enable pool of people to sign up.
2. set up their own match against another player.
3. enter score for the game.
4. keep track of every one's score.
5. finally identify the semi finalist and finalist.

I don't think the web app needs to be specifically for ping pong - any tournament app would do.

However, Google came up with Konkuri.
