I have found the solution myself. Google used to have a feature Publish to Blogs under Publish to the Web on Google Docs/Drive and it had the option I was looking for. But sometime back Google dropped this feature very quietly and now there is no direct way.

As the screenshot shows, you're currently in HTML editor view, which has only the options that you see. Click on Compose on top left of the editor to see other options.

Got the problem solved. The problem was due to the fact that I first wrote in another online editor where the scroll bar came and from there I copy-pasted into the blogger editor. So the scroll bar also got pasted. Then to solve the problem I first copy-pasted into MS Word and from there I copy-pasted into the Blogger editor and the problem got solved.

In the Layout function, edit your Pages tab. I suspect that you will find you have chosen to only show selected Pages, and that the three which are ticked are the ones appearing on your blog. Tick the others, or just select to show all.
