If you check out the CraigsList Help Page, it tells you that it only supports a select ten colors.

Copy / paste should work for the URL itself.
Do you really want Facebook to then look at the URL and show some nice summary text and a picture, instead of just the URL? Whether or not this works will depend on:

Since you just want a better skin for craigslist, try looking at external stylesheets. If there's some extra functionality you need, you could also look at external scripts.
