It'll let you create contacts in Highrise or add notes to existing contacts when they buy something from you in PayPal.

So you forget the most incredible CRM System: Microsoft CRM Dynamics :D . I think if you gonna choose a CRM System you have to think in future you want extend the default behavior. So which language you or your team or any partner like play? .NET choose Dynamics CRM, if is APEX choose Salesforce, or PHP choose vtiger or sugarcrm.

If you're using Gmail, you can check out Ecquire. Instead of using Bcc and Dropbox, Ecquire will automatically capture an email for you and find the right account associated with that email to save it. If it's a new contact, Ecquire will create a new account with all the pertinent information.
