Old answer here, but try using this PayPal to Highrise Zap. It'll let you create contacts in Highrise or add notes to existing contacts when they buy something from you in PayPal. Disclosure: I run Zapier, but this is what I'd use even if I didn't. :)

If you're using Gmail, you can check out Ecquire. Instead of using Bcc and Dropbox, Ecquire will automatically capture an email for you and find the right account associated with that email to save it. If it's a new contact, Ecquire will create a new account with all the pertinent information.
