Not possible again as posting preference in options were removed. This is now possible. No this is not possible. What you are looking for is something called a Fan Gate. A Facebook fan gate is also known as and often referred to as the reveal tab or welcome tab. Sound familiar? In fan pages for Facebook, the fan gate is the initial tab (or landing page) new visitors to your page land on. It’s not for returning fans, strictly for new visitors. Once they “Like” your ...

Getting the name is not enough for your apps. You'll end up at http://apps.facebook.com/<yourappname> You can get the alias (http://www.facebook.com/<yourapp>) only if enough people "like" it (I think the minimum is 25 people). Works the same way for FB pages, I think.

What you are thinking of doing is not possible. The only move possible is a business account converted to a personal account (this is not reversible). A personal account is to be used by an individual only though. What you can try to do is email support@facebook.com and see if they will allow you to create a business account (since you already created ...

The "continue reading" is not placed there by the person. If the content of a post is too large, facebook will automatically minimize it, place the "continue reading" link at the end, and of course, link it to the whole posting. The link actually brings up the post not the page itself.
