I think you need to create a Release in order to upload a JAR file, as per this blog post. Or you need the Maven-GitHub-Plugin.


I could not find a way to do this in Github, but you can save a shortcut to use the organisation url to login on Github, so after login you will be viewing it by default. And passwords auto complete works okay.


Deleting folders from the Github web interface is not possible: It is on the feature list and will remain there for a while I guess.
