You can change the associated Windows Live Account by following these steps:
To change your Windows Live ID
On your Xbox 360 console, sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
Go to My Xbox, and select your avatar.
In the Account Management panel, select Manage Account.
In the Your Information panel, select Windows Live ID.
Select Change Windows Live ID.
