Software engineer, living on the East Coast of US.

I write most of my software in Java for a living and for fun. I also enjoy programming in Python, Ruby, Javascript, and so on. I have used the Win16, Win32, and Unix APIs at work - as well as dabbled in the pre-OSX Mac APIs too.

I find AI languages such as CLIPS, Prolog, and LISP adorable and precious - but that is just me. I like SQL quite a lot, but it disappoints me that it has become such a catch-all for storing data.

To broaden myself, I have been learning Apple OSX and Cocoa programming so I can tackle Mac/iPhone/iPod projects in the future.
