comment GMail import from another provider
Add a CNAME record for "old.test.com" that points at "test.com" These instructions from Cpanel may help: documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/…

comment How do I avoid the <img src> attribute being stripped by GMail?
They now download the images to their own server and serve those to the user instead of the original source. (The img src will be something like ci4.googleusercontent.com/proxy/longstringofletters The image listed in the question is 404, which may be why nothing is showing up (nothing for Google to proxy.)

comment Was a friend request issued, or accepted?
@pnuts Ah. (I didn't upvote or downvote, by the way.) The person who was on the receiving end of the friend request would have an entry in their new activity dropdown, the person who sent the request wouldn't.

comment Was a friend request issued, or accepted?
The question doesn't really make sense. A friend request is from one person to another, so by definition the person who sent the request is the person who is requesting to be a friend.

comment Default download folder for draw.io
The download location (assuming that you're saving them to your local device) is a function of your web browser, not that of the draw.io site. You should be able to change your browser's default download location in its configuration.

comment When does Dropbox delta?
That answer is partially inaccurate as Dropbox no longer de-duplicates across all users (there was a bug that allowed people to pirate files by only having a hash of the file; rather than fix the bug, Dropbox opted to simply disable the feature). The blocks will only not be uploaded if they're already in your own account.

comment How do I merge venues on foursquare?
The badge doesn't give you level 1. Staff intervention is required to get any level now, but you can have an existing superuser recommend you for consideration.

comment How to check-in on Foursquare without a mobile device?
Yeah, that's why they changed it, too many people were cheating and checking in at places they weren't physically located at.

comment Low volume while using Netflix Instant Play on a Mac
I assume you've checked the volume slider within the Netflix playback window itself (I believe it's independent of the computer's main volume control.)

comment Is there a “youtube like” service for audio?
This is a pretty old question, but I wanted to note that drop.io no longer exists.

comment Follow someone else's Twitter followers based on location
You wouldn't be able to do it by hand, even. The system won't let you follow 15k people in a short period of time, you'll just get your account flagged for spam.

comment How to check-in on Foursquare without a mobile device?
It doesn't check the IP address for location, but none of the check-ins on the mobile site will count towards mayorships (only check-ins from GPS-capable mobile clients count).

comment Calendar with Word Wrap in Month View
I ran a quick test on that site (had never heard of it before), and it does appear to wrap the text on long entry names, so it could be a solution.

comment In Gmail, is there a way to temporarily bounce back all incoming mail (SMTP 550 User Unknown)?
Is this a regular @gmail.com account or is it a Google Apps (your own domain name) Gmail account?

comment Another Blogger is pointing to their site with my domain, what should I do?
That's one of the downsides of relying on Google's "free" products...There's generally little to no support. If you hit a blocking issue like you did, you're probably just out of luck. Their customers are their advertisers, not the users of the service

comment How to make RSS Feeds for my Google+ Profile?
That's likely to eventually suffer the same fate, though, since large-scale use of Google APIs is not free. Another option is to set up your own instance of it, there's a link to the source code on the original Plusfeed site.
