My name is Benjamin Dumke-von der Ehe. I am Stack Overflow Valued Associate #00007, which is just a confusing way of saying that I work as a developer for Stack Exchange.
I am @balpha on Twitter. My blog's "about" page explains the origin of my user name.
I am the creator of Unicornify, the service that gives you these lovable creatures:
I also created Lyfe, a small library adding yield-based generators to JavaScript, and Not a Real Question, a little game that's played with data from various Stack Exchange sites.
I sometimes have a strange sense of humor, but I also like to explain things I fix, break, care about, or come up with.

Forwarding as attachment instead of inline using the GMail web client @balexandre: "why not just scroll down to read" -- it's not about reading, it's about replying. Also, at least Thunderbird (which I'm using) displays the attached message inline as well, so I can scroll down to read. "and From and Reply-to can be different." -- well, that's one more proof for my point |

Forwarding as attachment instead of inline using the GMail web client @badp: If Jeff forwards me the email as an attachment, I can just open that and click reply, which pre-populates the composed mail with the sender's address, the quoted content, etc. |

Why do people keep using the old RT? @kchau at least the part that fits into 140 chars (which is pretty often a problem with older apps, because the last few characters often belong to the link that the whole tweet is about) |
