Several Gmail accounts sharing one email address As you've discovered, this only works if the person sending the email remembers to CC the group address. As far as I can tell, Google won't address this problem because they don't provide true shared inboxes. We've now resorted to having an account that we delegate permissions to all users who need access to use, and that seems to work for now. |

Is it possible to merge two Google+ accounts? Google, like Facebook and other online services, seems to have a big problem being helpful with accounts. Sure, they don't have the staff to deal with millions of accounts manually, but these large services are masters of automation; I'm sure they could work something out that would make the experience for users better. |
