Can I search a site for bad language? Perhaps I'm not being clear. I don't care what Zed says. I'm looking for a tool to automate a process. Emailing authors is not an answer to that question, nor does it help me get closer to the solution to the problem of encountering a body of online tutorials, liking the technical content, and wanting to quickly decide whether it is recommendable for a group of children that are not mine. |

Can I search a site for bad language? Of course. But this doesn't change the fact that tools have been built that measure offensiveness. I don't need perfection. |

Can I search a site for bad language? You are correct, that's the author that initiated the question. The thing is, I often find myself in the position of wanting to quickly evaluate all tutorials on a site, for recommendation for someone else's child, so I'd like to automate the process. |

Why don't I see the text from Google's excerpt when I visit a site? I can't see how this is closed as 'not a real question.' It may be that it isn't a sophisticated question, or the OP doesn't seem like the web-app 'power-user' that we hope to attract, but is seems that the question has been ostensibly answerable. |
