comment List YouTube videos using criteria
Are you looking for a web app that will let you query by custom filters? I doubt if such a web app exists. However, this is achievable by writing your own program using the YouTube API - developers.google.com/youtube/2.0/…

comment Downloading auto-generated YouTube transcriptions
Looks like the subtitles can be fetched only if captions are manually transcribed i.e. not automatically generated. The video link you shared has only automatic captions.

comment How to open Google Cached version of a URL
There is a bookmarklet here - moz.com/blog/30-seo-bookmarklets-to-save-you-time called "GG Text Cache" that can be used to avoid typing out the query each time. Once you've accessed the original URL click on the bookmarklet and it will run the cache:url query with the URL inserted & redirect you to the cached page.

comment Can I send an email that will reach a Twitter account?
I wish too that Twitter supported such a scenario, but I don't think posting to someone else's Twitter account is possible without an account as Twitter & the recipient will not know who sent the message. The email sent from would need to be validated and it would also change the rules of their game.

I don't see that message in Chrome either. It could be random or country specific. Do you still see it?

comment How can I be certain that a URL-shortened link I click isn't going to send me to a dangerous or unwanted site?
URLs converted by Twitter's link service are checked against a list of potentially dangerous sites, and when there's a match, users will be warned before they continue - according to this link support.twitter.com/articles/78124-how-to-shorten-links-urls

comment Click statistics with Twitter's t.co URL shortener?
Does your answer pertain to regular t.co links that you see in your timeline or Promoted tweets? I did not find any Analytics link after I logged into ads.twitter.com for the first time.

comment Collaborative real-time edition of HTML code, with live preview?
Yes, in both online editors, each edit creates a new version represented by a number increment (ex: jsbin.com/ogumu3/2/) and I think this is nice feature as it preserves changes. To view the latest you just have to change the number at the end. You could probably use these withe co-browsing option of Twiddla - twiddla.com/home.aspx

comment How can I make YouTube always select 240p?
Try YouTube "Feather" Beta youtube.com/feather_beta "This is an opt-in beta for "Feather" support on YouTube. The "Feather" project is intended to serve YouTube video watch pages with the lowest latency possible. It achieves this by severely limiting the features available to the viewer and making use of advanced web techniques for reducing the total amount of bytes downloaded by the browser. It is a work in progress and may not work for all videos."

+1. As of August 2013, Google Toolbar is only available for Internet Explorer. If you're using Chrome, all of the features of Google Toolbar are built into it.
