Google Docs syntax highlight It doesn't help much to give an answer that offers a solution that is already been cancelled. Our goal on all of the StackExchange Network is to provide helpful and relevant solutions. One way to help is to think if you asked the question would you like an answer that tells you that there was almost a solution but it was cancelled, however, you can still see what it would have been like "here". |

Friend list private but Facebook reveals it with “Do you know X,Y,Z” emails As ChrisF said Facebook is clearly ignoring this, but this is not the first time that someone has come along to question the way that Facebook handles privacy options. Most questions usually end up being that Facebook tends to use the theory of anything you post, add, or use on their site is free to use any way they wish. This is certainly one of Facebook's biggest and most debated issues. One thing to keep in mind is that the email they send to all the other "Bobs" that friend you is that they never say were exactly they got the list of potential friends. LinkedIn also does this as well. |

DNS forwarding used to point GoDaddy DNS to Heroku app: this doesn't work from a corporate network -why? Yes you can do that or if you wait it should update itself. It normally will do so fairly regularly, but depending on the settings on the DNS server that the company uses it could be longer. If nothing else it would not hurt to ask them to either clear the cache or at least clear the domain in question. |

Deleted someone else's Facebook page, how to recover it? I am lead to believe that you are simply trying to find a way to "circumvent" security to actually attack other users. What you are claiming is NOT possible to do, and what you are asking for is NOT possible. Also this is NOT what our community here is for. |

Gmail filter “has the word” stopped working? Your filter looks to be correct and at this point I am unsure what could really be the problem. The only thing further that I can suggest is to try to delete this filter and try to recreate it. Beyond that I do have to admit that I am out of other options. |

Gmail filter “has the word” stopped working? Such a specific date that completely changes the results would be the results of a Date search restriction in place. Could you check the date category to make sure that it is not set? If it is indeed not set then could you go to your filters, select this filter and the click on export. It should give you an XML formatted file of the filter that you could post for us to take a look at and then we may be able to find the problem from there. |
