comment Ask questions on GitHub without raising an issue
It depends on the project size, though; for smaller projects, it's often more helpful to just try to contact the author directly (e.g. via Twitter or e-mail, if available)

comment Can I trick GitHub into displaying the PDF in the browser instead of downloading it?
Have you ever found a way to do this without using Github Pages? The problem we're facing is the fact that Github Pages are necessarily public, while the PDFs we wish to include are private.

comment Gmail and Content-Type: message/partial
Yeah, I agree that the sender is at fault, I was just wondering if there is a way to fix it in Gmail. I can read the mail when I inspect its source, so that's fine for me, but that's a bit unusable for family members that are 'less technically inclined'..

comment Gmail: filter all emails forwarded from specific address
Not at all a dumb answer. Sjeez, why didn't I think of that? I've been completely overthinking this. Thanks! If you add it as an answer rather than a comment, I'll accept it readily. Note that this does require deliveredto:.

comment Gmail: filter all emails forwarded from specific address
The Delivered-To header is set correctly when receiving it initially, but after forwarding it to Gmail, it is set to the Gmail address, as expected. I have access to a very complete Zimbra web interface, but that's it.

@pnuts I firmly disagree that it is a duplicate. That question is about filtering and about forwarding, but not at all in the same order.

comment twitter: if someone follows you, can they reply to your DM?
This is not entirely accurate. You can send a DM to people who follow you, but if you do not follow them, they cannot reply.

comment Revoke Gmail 'send as' permission?
I have verified that this link remains active even after several years of 'send as'-activity. Great!

comment Revoke Gmail 'send as' permission?
Excellent! Works like a charm. I was asking this as a preventive measure, so I can now make sure to save the email when I get it. Do you want to submit that as an answer, @AlE., so I can accept it? EDIT: The difference from 'anyone' doing this is that they don't have Google's powerfull and well-renowned SMTP servers ;-)
