Do you use a VPN? Clear your browser cookies? Sign in from multiple networks? When Google doesn't recognize where you're signing in from it sends one of these messages just in case. I don't see a way to turn this off. It's a security feature, after all. You could create a Gmail filter to delete them automatically, but I wouldn't recommend that. If someone were to hack your account you'd lose this important alert.

A simple slip of the finger. You could have just fixed it.

comment How to permanently delete Gmail spam?
I don't think Google condones spammers tactics. Google's spam filters are some of the best I've encountered. I hardly ever get a false negative and even fewer false positives.

This seems to me that you're asking for an app recommendation. That's probably what attracted the downvote.

What you're really asking, then, is how to limit searches to "official" pronouncements.

You can limit the site that's searched, so if you have the site where the announcements are posted, use the site: operator.

If that's what you want to search against, that's fine. I don't know how useful that would be, though. Presumably you'd only see that phrase in documents from Supreme Courts (named as such) in English-using countries.
