comment One of the tabs in Outlook.com contacts has gone missing
You're not the only one. We've had several questions about the disappearance of the "groups" tab. Like this one: no longer have way to manage groups; no "groups" listing in Outlook.com

comment Google reader functionality in google plus
No, there is not a way to consume an RSS feed in Google+. (Although a number of people have expressed a desire for such a function). Even a third-party tool won't help you here as there is still no "write" API for G+, and there may never be.

comment Accessing groups in Outlook.com
This would seem to be the same issue: no longer have way to manage groups; no "groups" listing in Outlook.com

comment Why does Chrome log in Gmail automatically?
Isn't this more about Chrome, and should thus be on Super User?

comment Enable admin console of Google Apps
"Possible" nothing. They're absolutely identical. (One of the reasons we don't want people to cross-post.)

Are you both in the U.S.?

That, I can't help with. (Which is why I just left a comment.)

comment no longer have way to manage groups; no “groups” listing in Outlook.com
I don't disagree, but I'm a dedicated Gmail user. Also, please note that this is not a discussion forum. I suggest reading the tour page and the FAQ.

comment Download list of contact information and check if Google Account
You can export your contacts to CSV. Have you tried that? Spreadsheets can then import it. You'd just need to clean it up.

comment How can I prioritize files to transfer using Google Drive (or similar software)?
Since you're talking about the sync feature, this is rather a Super User question rather than a Web Apps question. Unfortunately, this question is too old to migrate.

comment Gmail: why are all my messages “partially” labelled?
I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking why some of the other labels in your list there have a dash instead of a checkmark or a blank box? That indicates that some of the messages you've selected also have the indicated label. Please edit your question to clarify; you appear to be missing a few words.

comment Adding my free Google Drive storage to my Gmail storage
This question is asking the opposite.

comment How can I automatically run a Gmail filter on existing emails every day?
Not with Gmail all by itself. Gmail filters only act on messages when they first arrive. You would need to look to a third-party to do what you're looking to do. I don't know of any off-hand, though.

comment Changing the A B C … column labels
You don't. Generally you'll put header text in row 1. You can "freeze" the row so that it is always displayed when you scroll.

comment Can I view my friends' questions on Facebook Questions?
The question was about how to find questions posted by friends of the asker, not the asker.

comment Limiting data while traveling
Under General Settings, there's a setting for External Content. (You can force Gmail to prompt you before downloading any external content, including images.) Was there something more than that you wanted?

comment Signing out of Hotmail Returns me to MSN Page - Can I change that behaviour
Signing out of Outlook.com doesn't put me at the MSN page. Are you signing in from the MSN page?

comment Signing out of Hotmail Returns me to MSN Page - Can I change that behaviour
Since Hotmail is discontinued, this would appear to be no longer relevant.

Or, possibly, using the Outlook.com Android app?

comment Google Calendar recurring date: Saturday before third Sunday
That said, this answer shows how you might use the iCalendar spec to put in some rather exotic repeating patterns.
