comment Can I turn off Google Drive's history?
And, apparently, history is only available for Google Drive native files, which take up very little space anyway. No, there is not currently a way to turn off the revision history.

comment Google Drive files and folders
It's entirely possible that your associate (or anyone you've shared the file with) moved the file out of the Google Drive folder. I'm afraid I have no further suggestions for you.

comment Can I turn off Google Drive's history?
As far as I know, the document history does not use your allotted space.

comment Google Drive files and folders
Is it in your Trash? (Left side, open "More" menu, click "Trash".) If it's not there, then I'm afraid it's gone.

Search by file type. If it doesn't find your file then it's not there. Have you removed it from the Google Drive folder on your PC?

comment Exporting PDF from Google Drive doc - File name loses all spaces
Not all OSes do well with spaces in filenames. I'd think that a filename without spaces would be the safer choice. That said, there does not appear to be a way for you to change how Google Drive names "download as" files.

comment How can I save all of my emails?
@w3d: It depends on what's to be done. If someone is looking to move all of the messages to another email account (say another Gmail account) I would use IMAP. If the desire is simply to download the messages to keep as an archive, I'd use POP.

comment Custom Privacy for minors
So you're looking for a way to post but exclude people who are underage? No, there's nothing like that out of the box. Besides, the definition of "minor" can vary by country. I think your current viable alternative is to put your friends who you know are minors into a list, and then use the usual "exclude from list" feature.

Is this a Facebook feature request? If so, you are most certainly in the wrong place. Please read our help center.

comment Specify default Google account for different products
Not really, no. What I've done is to have two different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) logged in to different accounts (business vs. personal) and work that way. (You could probably do the same with one browser and the use of incognito mode/private browsing.)

comment How to export 15000+ Google Group members?
I struck out at both the Data Liberation Front and Google Takeout. Groups is one of those mostly neglected apps in Google's stable. Frankly, I fear for its longevity. I'm afraid that other than some sort of screen-scraper on your pages and pages of members you are probably out of luck.

(There's apparently no way to do it from the Android app, either.)
