comment Alternatives for Google Reader (with Android synchronizing)
I have settled on Feedly. I've been using it pretty much since I originally asked this question, and it does just about everything I want. Now that they have an API for other apps to use (and there are several Android apps using it) it meets my criteria. Like so many things, though, this is a personal choice, and there are a lot of good options in the other answers here. I am particularly intrigued by Digg Reader, but it's not yet ready to be my full-time RSS newsreader.

That would kind of defeat the purpose of a "secret" account, no?

comment Archive a website
Do you see other similar Github pages in the Archive? github.com/robots.txt has a lot of exclusions. In fact, except for some well-known bots, they exclude everything. It's possible that Alexa's bot can't crawl Github at all.

Votes are anonymous on Stack Exchange by design. No one is required to explain why they voted up or down for anything. It's nice if they do, especially if it's for something that can be fixed, but it's not a requirement. And complaining about it is unnecessary noise.

comment How can I see who has access to my Google Drive folders?
I don't see any way to do it easily. There might be some tool available to a Google Apps admin, but I don't know what it might be.

You can download your Google Reader data. You need to do it before July 1, though, so best hurry.

Well, for one thing, it's off-topic here. If you're trying to track down a missing phone android.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/lost-phone might be helpful.
