Download list of contact information and check if Google Account You can export your contacts to CSV. Have you tried that? Spreadsheets can then import it. You'd just need to clean it up. |

How to disable highlighting of email, website, and phone in Gmail signature You'll probably need to convert it to an image. That'll be the only way to keep any client from re-formatting. I don't know many people who will appreciate such a large signature, however. |

Gmail: why are all my messages “partially” labelled? I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking why some of the other labels in your list there have a dash instead of a checkmark or a blank box? How can I automatically run a gmail filter on existing emails every day? Not with Gmail all by itself. Gmail filters only act on messages when they first arrive. You would need to look to a third-party to do what you're looking to do. I don't know of any off-hand, though. |
