Martin is a Senior ALM Consultant at Northwest Cadence in the USA, and had the honour of being not only an Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP for 2013 but also named Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP of the year 2011 and Visual Studio ALM Ranger Champion for 2011. In his pursuit of working software he knows that tools will not solve all problems and he participates in many process communities including being a Professional Scrum Trainer. He regularly writes on his blog Naked ALM, and speaks often on Scrum, good practices and Visual Studio Team Foundation Server.

How to use Gmail's “Send Mail As” with another Gmail account through SMTP without “On Behalf Of”? It does indeed solve the exact problem defined in the question. This is how I solved it and it works just fine. The ideal solution is to use a Google Apps account as defined above, but this works regardless. |

Is there a website which rates British medical doctors to find the proper one? If you contact your local GP they can refer you to the propper place. Good GP's are pretty hard to find, but you can get a referal to a private doctor if you are willing to pay, or to the NHS if you are willing to wait. |
