comment Todo/task service that can receive SMS messages and send back reminders?
Not exactly the perfect situation since it isn't a direct communication, but I'm sure it is easier for Toodledo/RTM/etc to deal with Twitter and let Twitter deal with mobile support.

Are you saying you can't sms twitter if not in US? The twitter page I linked to lists numbers for different countries, so while I can't test it, seems like it should work?

comment Is there any way to get rid of the Google News link from an empty GMail inbox?
The OP isn't asking how to block an actual news feed, just how to get rid of a line of text GMail writes to the page.

comment Greasemonkey script to hide elements from the Facebook Newsfeed
You can hide apps and you can hide people. The Hide button can't be used to hide the became-a-friend notifications and such.

comment On Facebook can I control which friends appear in my news feed with Friend Lists?
Heh, you're right. My feeds are weird and it likes to randomly change to Top News even when I click Most Recent. I got confused as to which one I was on.

Your wiki or someone else's? What wiki software?

Correct. Top News is the one that controls Friends. And yes, it is individual based - but as usability goes with Facebook: take it or leave it. :|

This and a "busy" status would be useful.

comment Is there any way to send an email from a Gmail plus address?
@neo: Positive. Like I said, I did the steps as I went through them. I sent the email just to make sure it really said it was from the +address. Google Apps limitation? I'm doing it with a regular gmail address.

comment Is there any way to send an email from a Gmail plus address?
Regarding your edit: Are you sure? I went through the steps as I was typing up my answer and I received the email and it has the +address as the sent-from address.

It doesn't send verification for "plus" emails.

comment Any way to prevent certain websites from displaying in Google search results?
The OP is asking for the term to be omitted for every search. Typing out "-site:<site>" gets old pretty fast. Asking for a way to automate it is valid.

This would need to be done for each keyword though, it isn't a global exclude.

Regarding solution 2: In addition to Chrome's "Incognito Window", Firefox and Safari have "Private Browsing", Internet Explorer has "InPrivate Browsing", and Opera has "Private Tab".

comment Facebook “friend list” members unable to post on wall
That option if you click on it appears to be specifically for photos. I did use the last option, which is this form facebook.com/help/?page=1000#!/help/… , but haven't received a response.
