comment Google Apps Account vs Google Account
Hmm, well I guess I'm glad I know beforehand that things aren't as seamless as they seem.

comment Facebook “friend list” members unable to post on wall
I understand that they removed the feature. Except that they didn't fully remove it because the members of this list are still restricted by the former setting.

The global setting in the image? Yes, I have. Doesn't fix it.

comment Did the receiver open the mail?
True, but people are generally happy if their client supports it. A desktop client supporting read receipt (like Outlook) is what people think of at least.

Ha! You seem to have the reverse problem that I do! webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/3312/…

comment Is there any way to tell which of my messages have been auto-forwarded?
Even if the email is still in the inbox, I interpreted the question as "I know forwarding was turned on, but I don't know when. Is there any way to see which emails in my inbox were forwarded?" On a per message basis, I don't think there is an indicator that the message was forwarded by a filter (global or an actual filter setup by the user).

Mint.com is for US only isn't it? The OP's listed location is outside the US.

+1 for specifying a template for replies rather than just a list!

comment In Gmail Contacts how do you scroll down a list of contacts that's larger than your vertical space?
Strange. The only time I do not get a scrollbar in the middle panel that you show is if I first load a small group that does not require a scrollbar, and then resize my browser to a smaller height. A scrollbar doesn't get added in the middle pane, though there is one for the browser window itself. If I then load a larger group in that small browser size, I'll have a scrollbar in the middle pane and for the browser.

What browser? Not seeing this in IE/Chrome/Firefox on Win7.

@x3ja: It wouldn't have surprised me if there wasn't a better way than your answer. Facebook and usability, eh.

comment Getting replies to a tweet by another person
In TweetDeck, you click "in reply to" on the reply tweet to view the original tweet. The OP wants to find all replies to the original tweet if I understood correctly.

comment How can I filter incoming email based on plus addressing in Gmail?
Interesting. I don't see that in their information at mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=10313# . It does mention that it doesn't apply to Google Apps though which I didn't realize.

Not sure the title matches the question.

GMail also ignores "." when matching email addresses. "r.c.h.e.r.n@gmail.com" would reach "rchern@gmail.com" if that were my email.
