In Google Sheets I want to put multiple hyperlinks in the same cell.

I've tried multiple options, but all returned errors.

When I put a single link in a cell, it works fine:

=HYPERLINK("mylink.com"; "link1")

The following formula didn't work for multiple links, even if I tried changing commas for semi-colons etc.:

=HYPERLINK("mylink.com"; "link1");
 HYPERLINK("mylink.com"; "link2");
 HYPERLINK("mylink.com"; "link3")

If anyone knows how to do it, please let me know.

You can't do it using the HYPERLINK function but there is an alternative approach.

Insert Link Shortcut

You can put multiple hyperlinks in Google Sheets cells using the "insert link" shortcut:

         - PC:   CTRL+K

         - Mac: CMD+K

Steps

  1. Select the first word you want to hyperlink.
  2. Press CTRL+K
  3. Enter the link URL.
  4. Repeat the steps above for the next, and subsequent words, you want hyperlinked.

    Great answer! I made some edits to include the variation for Macs and a link to the documentation. I hope you don't mind. If you have any concerns please feel free to make any changes or even roll back as you deem fit.
