A famous actor in my country asked me to help him verify his Facebook page, how to do that?

Requesting a blue verification badge

  • Verify you have all that in the list, and submit a request with an official government issued photo identification. It's encouraged to include additional information to help review your request.

Note: It seems that the option for requesting verification isn't available in every country.

How do I request a blue verification badge?

To request a blue verification badge, your Page or profile must comply with Facebook's terms of service and have the following:

You can submit a request by filling out this form. We require a copy of your official government-issued photo identification (example: passport, driver's license, national identification card) to validate your request. We encourage you to include additional information to help us better review your request. Please include a few sentences explaining why the account should receive the blue verification badge and relevant URLs that help illustrate public interest for the account.

  • What do you mean that it doesn't exist? Here it is - you should first verify that the things on the list are configured correctly, and than fill this form to request the verification – arieljannai Apr 20 '18 at 10:19

From Facebook Help Center:

Requesting a blue verification badge isn't available right now.

There are two types of verification badge:

  • Gray Verification Badge
  • Blue Verification Badge

How do I request a gray verification badge for my Page
How do I request a blue verification badge

Currently both are not available. But if your account doesn't have a blue verification badge, there are other ways to help let people know that you're authentic. For example, you can link to your Facebook profile or Page from your official website, Instagram profile or Twitter account.

  • Check out the discussion on my answer, the verification seems not to be available on every country. I can submit a request for the blue badge (which is the only one exists right now). I also stated that it's not available on every country – arieljannai Apr 30 '18 at 19:01
