My data includes multiple rows like the following:

Country | Company | Num of Activ. | Most recent? | Full URL | Init. Rank | Curr. Rank
Country A | Company 1 | 1 | Yes | www.company1 | 150.0 | 3.6
Country A | Company 2 | 1 | No | www.company2 | 150 | 20.7
Country A | Company 2 | 2 | Yes | www.company2 | 20.7 | 27
Country A | Company 3 | 1 | Yes | www.company3 | 5.9 | 8.9

On a separate sheet I have other data about the companies and I have the full URL in both pieces of data. I need to look up from the above the data in the initial rank column where the activity number is the lowest number. Then I need to look up from the above data (using url) what the current rank is on the row with the highest activity number.

Can anyone help?

This question came from our site for computer enthusiasts and power users.

  • your question is hard to be understood. basicly you want to IMPORTDATA from sheet_X into sheet_Y based on (sheet_A where is column F) lowest "Initial Rank" and then you want to IMPORTDATA from sheet_X into sheet_Z based on sheet_A looking for highest value in C column and return highest value from column G - right? – user0 Jul 5 '18 at 15:15
