I have a query that returns this:

=QUERY(BOMs!1:300;"SELECT BU,A,B,E,G,H,K,L,M,BC ";1)

L65P6 PR BOT 33-KLN121-06X BOBINA CHIP 120 OHM L500, L503, L502, L501 2780 4 UN 0,10154

The column "MfgComment" has comma separated values that apply to the contents of the entire row.
I need to duplicate the contents of the rows for each element inside the comma separated values.

L65P6 PR BOT 33-KLN121-06X BOBINA CHIP 120 OHM L500 2780 4 UN 0,10154

L65P6 PR BOT 33-KLN121-06X BOBINA CHIP 120 OHM L503 2780 4 UN 0,10154

L65P6 PR BOT 33-KLN121-06X BOBINA CHIP 120 OHM L502 2780 4 UN 0,10154

L65P6 PR BOT 33-KLN121-06X BOBINA CHIP 120 OHM L501 2780 4 UN 0,10154

I call this operation: De-consolidation
Would you help me?

  • Sry, I was unable to paste a Sheet table... – Diegoj Jul 11 '18 at 11:56
  • I cant provide a sheet.. this is a corporate account. – Diegoj Jul 11 '18 at 11:56
  • I have a column formated with contents as comma separated values, for each value of that column I need to split in one row per each element. L500, L503, L502, L501 – Diegoj Jul 11 '18 at 11:57
  • I currently do this manually with TRASPOSE(SPLIT(...)) but I would like to move to QUERY... Is it possible to supply a Query that returns added rows for each element in the comma separated values? – Diegoj Jul 11 '18 at 11:58
  • do you still seek the solution to your question? – user0 Sep 7 '18 at 17:52
