I have a Google Sheet with data in the following format:

| Timestamp | Sensor | Value |
|------------------|--------|-------|
| 2018-11-14 0:00 | A | 100 |
| 2018-11-14 0:01 | A | 100 |
| 2018-11-14 0:02 | A | 105 |
| ... | A | ... |
| 2018-11-14 23:59 | A | 70 |
| 2018-11-15 0:00 | A | 85 |
| ... | A | ... |
| 2018-11-15 23:59 | A | 70 |
| 2018-11-14 0:00 | B | 42 |
| 2018-11-14 0:01 | B | 43 |
| 2018-11-14 0:02 | B | 44 |
| ... | B | ... |
| 2018-11-14 23:59 | B | 38 |
| 2018-11-15 0:00 | C | 41 |
| ... | C | ... |
| 2018-11-15 23:59 | C | 49 |

Each sensor has a row for each minute of the day with a corresponding value recorded at that minute. I would like to generate a line chart where there is a series for each sensor for each day.

  • A 2018-11-14
  • A 2018-11-15
  • B 2018-11-14
  • B 2018-11-15
  • C 2018-11-14
  • C 2018-11-15

So the x-axis should show the time of the day (without the date component) and the y-axis should show the value for that minute of the day.

How can I generate this chart (hopefully with minimal data manipulation).
