the phonetic line says:

Khuṇ phūd p̣hās̄ʹā xạngkvs̄ʹ dị̂ h̄ịm

which - if it were IPA - would sound quite different from what the sentence actually sounds. You can compare that using the "Listen" button, the TTS speaks it correctly.
