I have been searching for months on this subject and to no avail...

Most companies, when they send an email, have their avatar show in the inbox next to the email. I feel that this promotes confidence in the brand...

I have been searching for some time and keep seeing Gravatar and Google+

I have set up a google plus account and it seems to work for google for 1 email address. I cannot simply add the domain, I need to register every individual email address. I refuse to believe that large corporations register every single email address with google so that it shws the avatar, there must be a way to cover the whole domain?

Also, Gravatar doesnt seem to work... It works for forums, websites etc but I have tested my emails sent on multiple email clients and my logo does not appear.

Can anyone advise of any ways to solve this and get my company logo shown in customers inboxes?

I was thinking I could potentially add something to my emails meta-data?

Thanks :-)

  • @user0 Thank you for your reply. I have my logo on my email signature. I am keen, however to have it shown in user inbox. generally email clients have the avatar then the email address then the subject. If there is no avatar it generally shows initials which I feel can loko unprofessional – SupGen Jun 7 '19 at 20:04
