Currently looking at migrating from Hangouts to Hangouts Chat, but we can't see anything about when External Contacts are coming to Chat. I recall a blog article saying it'd be released between April and September to non-ATP accounts, but have yet to see anything further. We tried getting into the ATP but have heard nothing back from Google yet.
Has anyone managed to get this working?
