I want to check the Form Response Data based on two criteria.
I want to fill the 3 Columns (on the Submissions Tab, image further down) with data from the Form Response tab when the Date matches in the Heading Date (Column B or example 13-Sep).
Column C (Form Response Tab) goes into "Submitted" (Column C, Submissions Tab) Column D (Form Response Tab) goes into "Date" (Column D, Submissions Tab).
This is so I can create Traffic Lights based on submitted data: Submit Data on or before the Date (13-Sep) = Green Submit Data after the date (13-Sep) = Yellow No Submission = Red

All works fine when there is just the one weeks data. The formulas I am currently using are:

I will only ever have 3 months at a time in the Submissions Tab.
