Google occasionally suspends user accounts. This can potentially be a major problem for the user, if the user keeps important documents in drive, or relies on Gmail or YouTube, or uses an Android or Chrome device.
For example, a few days ago Google suspended hundreds of people who were watching a Markiplier live stream, because they were "spamming" emoticons in the chat, as requested by Markiplier, to vote on something.
Markiplier posted a video on this issue: https://youtu.be/pWaz7ofl5wQ
My question is, can a suspended user use Google Takeout to get an archive of their data, or not?
I was suspended from Facebook a few months ago, and they do allow to download an archive even while suspended. I don't know if Google allows this, and I didn't find the answer to this with a Google search.
