I see how to dial OUT from a google hangout conference.

My question is different: When I create the Google Calendar event, and set Hangouts as the conference/video service, I need the invites to do all that (invite folks to the video portion as it does), and to ALSO include a dial in number for folks who are just on phones, including desk phones (e.g. not just cell phones).

The kb I found on this talks about organizations that use hangouts. I just use a google personal account.

How to solve?

(I have my own google voice number/account, if that is useful.)
