I can't see the profile picture of my friend in Messenger. I tried to search her on Facebook and I can still see her timeline so I know we are still friends and I am not blocked. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Did you check if she is using messenger or not? If yes, then with the same account as Facebook or different? – serenesat Feb 19 '20 at 9:30
