In my office we use outlook. I want to find a way to let everyone who wants to send me an email know that "If urgent, please call me". In other words, "I might not check my emails in a few hours". This is a way to release me from actually having to check them and focus on my work.

One way is to set up that message as an automatic reply, but this is annoying to the sender. Is there another way? Can a sort of pop-up appear to other, at least for those in my organisation? Or perhaps in my profile or description, somewhere visible? I haven't found the right place for this though. Adding the message in my photo is one ugly solution.
