The nonprofit I work for has a YouTube account with a lot of content, which hasn't been accessed in several years. Notifications for that account are being received via a gsuite admin account we control (ex. admin@our_domain.com), but show the recipient as a gtempaccount (ex: info%our_other_domain.com@gtempaccount.com)
While the end goal is to reclaim the youTube account, I am failing at attempting the intermediate step of being able to login to the old gtempaccount. I have tried signing in to accounts.google.com using the format:
info%our_other_domain.com@gtempaccount.com
as well as:
info@our_other_domain.com
In both cases I receive the "Couldn't find your Google Account" message.
How can I login to the conflicting gtempaccount.com to attempt to regain access to our youTube account?
