Boxes around my Google search results only appear when I'm logged into my Google account. They appear regardless of my browser and I can't figure out how to get rid of them

Looks like Google are including you as part of an A/B test. They'll look at the results of the test and determine whether or not to make that change for everyone. – Richard May 6 at 15:55
  • I've heard this before but the change happened near the time I shared Elon Musk's comments on a YouTube video that Google took down regarding covid19. So it feels like my share got flagged by a Google-bot and they decided to monitor my account. I know it sounds conspiratorial and it could just be a coincidence but it feels like they've been more intent on censoring stuff since Cambridge Analytica and the coming election. – Ben Despain May 6 at 16:26
