We have a user who sends mails to about 60 different external mail-addresses. About 1-2 times a month, she needs to change/add addresses.
Right now, we created for every external address a global contact in the exchange admin panel and put them into the Distribution List (DL). But since she wants to manage the List to add/change said addresses and we are looking for an option to let our users manage their own lists and groups without our help, we are looking for any option where she can manage it on her own.
We tried to create a "public folder->public contacts", but that wont show up in the "add member" list during the edit of the DL.
How can our DL-owner User add external addresses to the Distribution List without admin rights?
