One of our business activities has a customer support email address that is supplied by Google Suite (gmail with a custom domain).

This email address is hooked into a customer service platform that consumes emails and generates tickets.

The issue is that if Gmail's spam system moves the email to the spam folder, then the email is not forward to the customer service platform.

Perhaps 1 out of 10 such emails that go to the spam folder are from a legitimate customer, and our customer service platform is blind to it.

Is there any way (even if I have to jump through a lot of hoops) to receive some kind of notification (SMS, email, anything) when an email is deposited in the spam folder of a particular gmail account?

Thanks!
