I'm the owner of several Google Groups associated with a not-for-profit organization. I had no problem adding new members and getting their Display Name to show in the membership records under the former version of Google Groups. With this new version, no matter what I try, all that I can get to show in the Display Name field is the part of the member's email address before the @. Sometimes that has no relationship to the person's name. I used to set up a Google Contact for each new one, then write to them once. That associated the name with the address and the name I entered in the contact for them showed up as the display name when I did a direct add. No more. And the other way to do it, by entering First, space, Last doesn't work for me either. Has anyone found a way around this problem with the wonderful, improved Google Groups? Trent Shepard
