I remember an image I came across on Google Images a while back, 1-2 years ago, and I’m trying to retrieve it.

Now, even when I use the same search query, the images given are totally different and the image I’m looking for is nowhere to be found.

It’s obviously because the images of Google Images searches refresh periodically, even when it’s the same query.

Therefore, is it possible to search on Google Images and have the images come as if I’m searching on a specific time in the past?

P.S: For easier finding, please propose a better title for this question.

Look if this answers your question. Also I recommend using reverse image search engines other than Google, like TinEye.

  • Hi. It seems like there was a misunderstanding. I would like to simulate a Google (specifically, Google Images) search query as if I'm searching in the past, not giving an image I already have and finding its source. – Marwan Amireh Feb 3 at 12:05
