My company uses Office 365 for all things work related. So I am looking for an efficient way to use the tools we have to manage my day to day tasks.
My main requirement is I want to be able to capture an email and turn it into a Planner Task or an Outlooks Task, then be able to turn that task or email into a calendar event in more of a streamlines semi-automated way rather than doing that manually.
Anyone got suggestions for how to achieve this? or am I over engineering this? Is there a simpler more efficient way to use these tools to manage my tasks?
