I am attempting to develop a sign in/out sheet for high school students. Students will sign in/out in the office and once they do this I want an email to be sent to their specific teachers to notify them of their entrance/departure. My sheet in the office will keep a running log of all student sign in/out(s) throughout the entire day, however, I do not want the entire sheet to be emailed to the teachers.
This is the scenario I want. Student A signs out and the script sends an email to Teacher A, Teacher B, and Teacher C.
Then when Student B signs out the script sends and email to Teacher B, Teacher, C, and Teacher D.
In both situations I want the email to state "Student A has signed out for the day" and "Student B has signed out for the day".
Is this at all possible to complete?
