I'm trying to ask specific questions based on previous answers using Google Forms. I'm aware that this is possible by creating multiple sections and directing users to specific sections according to their answers, but I'd like to do this without creating multiple sections.

I have multiple instances where depending on what a user answers to a question, I'd like to ask them one clarifying question. It isn't too user-friendly to have countless sections with one question. Is it possible to create conditional questions without creating additional sections?

  • Welcome to Web Applications. Short answer: It's not possible.

Rubén, is there a long answer? Thanks for the warm welcome.

  • Knowing that it's not possible, what do you expect in a "long answer"?

  • You can put this question at the end, and have everyone directed to it before submitting it. Jan 11 at 16:43
