This used to be a thing for sure, I've been receiving e-mails like these:

But at some point last year I stopped getting them (maybe I unsubscribed, don't remember). How can I turn them back on? There is no Message bullet in this list (I scrolled to the bottom):
There's also no Message bullet in the general notifications list (again I scrolled to the bottom):
I also can't find anything in the Messenger preferences:
Note that I do get notified by the Messenger app on my mobile device, but I liked these e-mails better.
