https://music.youtube.com/ shows me a "Forgotten Favourites" section which is full of pieces of music I liked before but they don't appear to be liked anymore.

I want YouTube to always remember the pieces of music I liked and consider all of them when recommending what to listen to.

Is there a way to do that?

    You're misunderstanding what that means. It's not pieces of music they have forgotten, but you - ie. it appears that you liked them, but you didn't listen to them in a while.
