Gmail often displays a 'clipped' version of a long email, with the option to view the whole email in a separate window:

How can I forward such an email? If I forward the original email the recipient gets the clipped content without the "view entire message" option, but if I open the full message there are no options to reply/forward it.

Is there a way to forward the entire unclipped message?

Note, I am talking about about a single email not a conversation of several messages (which is what my searching online shows me results about)

  • I don't see that behavior. When I click forward on an email it includes the clipped content (even though I did not explicitly 'show' the clipped content prior. Sep 23 at 23:42
