I am admin for 2 Facebook pages. One was created several years ago and is a "classic page", the other is new and shows in my profile showing me to switch which I interact with.
Facebook simply says that some classic pages can't be converted without any explanation. Is there any way to request conversion or find out why it's not allowed? I can't see any way to contact Facebook from the page asking for support so I'm stuck.
